All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Mylapuram, Mukkudal, Tirunelveli Dist.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

Once your order is successfully placed, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the confirmation message. If you don’t receive it, feel free to contact our support team.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address only if your order has not been fulfilled yet. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.
